Welcome to Moonraga. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Moonraga operates under the trusted legacy of Apex Jewellers (established 1992).

1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Pricing
• All products are described as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted
detailing.
• Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or correct errors without
prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors,
or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

4. Payment
• Payments must be made through approved payment gateways.
• Moonraga is not responsible for transaction failures due to bank or gateway issues.
• In case of failed transactions where payment is debited, refunds will be processed as per
the payment provider’s timeline.

5. Shipping
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic and international shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
• All packages are insured during transit until delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking deduction.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with supporting
images/video.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Ajmer, India].

Moonraga reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
