Shipping Policy

Moonraga ensures secure packaging and reliable delivery for all orders.We maintain strict
dispatch and documentation procedures for every shipment.

1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend
slightly.
• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping
• We ship worldwide.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance.
• International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local handling fees are the sole responsibility of
the customer.
Failure to pay customs charges resulting in return or abandonment of the shipment will not
qualify for a full refund. Shipping costs and return courier charges will be deducted.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
• A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.
• Moonraga is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept
delivery may incur re-shipping charges
